Our services
We provide advisory and facilitation services for UAE company formation, residency visas, corporate bank-account support, and ongoing business support. We act as your adviser and representative; we are not a government authority, free zone, or bank, and we do not make their decisions.
No guaranteed outcome
Approvals, licences, visas, and bank accounts are granted by third parties — government authorities, free zones, and banks — applying their own criteria. We prepare and present strong applications, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, approval, or processing time. Timelines we share are good-faith estimates, not commitments.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Information on the Site and in our communications is general in nature and provided for guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain independent professional advice for your specific situation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents, and keep them up to date.
- Cooperate with KYC, anti-money-laundering, and authority requirements, including attending any required in-person steps (for example, medical and biometrics).
- Use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes.
- Pay applicable fees as agreed.
Fees and third-party charges
Our service fees are set out in your engagement or quotation. Government, free zone, bank, and other third-party charges are separate, set by those third parties, and may change without notice. Cost-calculator results are non-binding estimates and do not constitute an offer or a fixed price.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to Sirius Consulting or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own informational purposes; you may not copy, republish, or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions, delays, or refusals by government authorities, free zones, or banks. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the service fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
